Polyurethane Screen Mesh – Fine Separation

Polyurethane screen mesh is a polymer polyurethane elastomer, which has excellent physical and mechanical properties: high strength, high elasticity and high wear resistance. Polyurethane screen mesh is widely used on high frequency vibrating screens and stack vibrating screens for fine sizer separation. The mesh size range is from 0.045mm (325 mesh) to 2mm which can be used for ultra-fine screening. The dimension of the Polyurethane Screen Mesh can be customized. The size of the screen can match well-known brands at home and abroad, such as OilFieldScreens’ fine vibrating screen, and Derrick TH48-30.

Polyurethane Screen Panel – Coarse Separation

The polyurethane (PU) Vibrating Screen Panel frame is covered with polyurethane that is made by injection moulding. Unlike wire mesh vibrating, the Polyurethane (PU) Vibrating Screen Panel has worn resistance and strong corrosion resistance. The Polyurethane (PU) Vibrating Screen Panel can be used on a dewatering vibrating screen machine or classification vibrating screen machines. It can be used for the screening of various materials within the range of 0.1mm-170mm, and it will not affect the screening rate whether dry screening or wet screening. The advantages of polyurethane screen surface are more fully displayed for dewatering and demineralization in the range of 0.5m-3mm
